Susan A. Spear is founder and president of SAS Transitions located in Littleton, Colorado. SAS Transitions is a nationally focused company dedicated to providing customized comprehensive transition consulting services for dental professionals. Susan's extensive experience in dentistry includes:

• Clinical and business management of dental practices

Susan has served the dental community as a transition specialist since 1995, assisting dentists and their teams, dental associates, dental management consultants, and small business owners with clarifying, planning, and implementing optimum transition outcomes. Susan is a licensed business broker, transition specialist and consultant, published writer, requested speaker, and group facilitator. She is a member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants (ADMC), International Business Brokers Association (IBA), Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries (CABI), International Business Appraisers (IBA) and American Dental Assistants Association (ADAA). Since 1991, Susan has held an associate faculty position at the University of Colorado School of Dentistry where she teaches in the Continuing Dental Education Department.
